  Delivery Service
  The following Terms and Conditions relate only to new customers registering online. If you are an existing customer, please sign in to view the Terms & Conditions that relate to your own account.
   
  Standard delivery
  Provided the items you order from us are in stock, we aim to deliver them direct to your door within 5 working days. Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer, heavy furniture and goods requiring personalisation may take a little longer. Please refer to the guide below:

  Post and packing
  We reserve the right to charge £2.50 to cover the cost of post and packing on each order you place.
   
  Delivery charges
  It costs more to deliver some larger or more expensive items, so we make an extra delivery charge on those items that are clearly marked on the page by this symbol. The amount of the charge appears on the symbol so you know exactly what the costs are when you order.
   
  Next Day delivery
  Need your goods even faster? Then remember to ask for our Next Day Delivery Service when you place your order and we'll deliver on the next working day if you order before 2pm. It costs just £3.99 in addition to your usual post and packaging charge.

There are a few areas of the UK that our Next Day Delivery service doesn't cover some offshore islands and remote areas of Great Britain so please check that your address is within the delivery area when you order by phone or online. Unfortunately, we can't offer Next Day Delivery on orders you make by post. It's important that we have your FULL postcode for this service. This service is subject to the availability of goods and your own credit status. We don't offer it on personalised items, or on those direct from the manufacturer.
   
  How quickly will my Next Day delivery arrive?
  We've included a table below to let you know the anticipated delivery day. While we'll do everything we can to deliver your goods by the day anticipated, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made later than the day listed below.

  Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will generally be delivered by the Tuesday after. For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated delivery times.
   
  Alternatives
  If you order an item and it isn't in stock, we may send you your second choice item, or a carefully selected alternative of equivalent quality and price.
   
  Delivery to a different address
  We always send your first order to your home address, but if you ever need us to, we're happy to send any of your subsequent orders to a different address. If you want to take advantage of this facility, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please call Customer Services on 0871 231 4000 (Calls cost 10p per minute from BT landlines but will vary depending on your phone company or if using a mobile) or use the Contact Us page to notify us by email.
   
  Received orders
  Any orders that you place will appear on your next statement unless we've advised you otherwise. If you haven't received an item that appears on your statement, please query it with us as soon as possible. We'll assume that all the items have been successfully delivered unless we hear from you within 56 days of the original order date.
   
  TV Installation Service
 

As part of our delivery and installation service we will:


  • Deliver and connect your new TV to existing electricity and aerial points.
  • Tune in terrestrial and Freeview channels (where available).
  • Reconnect up to two additional vision units using the cables provided (e.g. DVD players, Sky or cable boxes).
  • Test everything to make sure it is working and perform a function test.

Installation and connection will be to an existing suitable site only. No wall mounting, building or electrical work will be carried out. Our service does not include disconnection and removal of your old appliance. Further details available on request.
